Provide Career Development for Men
City Union Mission provides men nearing completion of the Christian Life Program with a career development component that explores the possibility of a career path rather than a dead-end job. During the course, men work with a counselor to overcome barriers preventing them from obtaining and maintaining steady employment. They also learn to navigate the job application and interview processes and to plan for a smooth transition back into the community.
Your gift of $50 pays for classroom materials, workbooks, scheduling calendars, backpacks, binders, bus passes, work boots, gloves and tools.
