God’s Love at Work in Business
Most homeless and impoverished families don’t have access to dentistry. By the time the children come to City Union Mission, their teeth have been sorely neglected. In April, the staff at Davis Family Dental provided free dental screenings and teeth cleaning for 11 children in our Family Center.
“We want to do this every six months,” says Dr. Brian Davis, owner. “It’s very important to me. Serious health issues can result from poor dental care.”
For many of the kids, this was their first trip to the dentist. So to help make the visit a positive experience, the staff treated each child to a new pair of tennis shoes.
