John's Story
John Bubis looked like he had it all. Highly educated, he worked for 20 years for CPC International, where he had a big job and a big salary. But people didn’t see the other side to John’s life. His drug and alcohol addiction. His shattered marriage.
John spent his life battling his addiction. When I was close to getting fired, I’d pull myself together, I’d back off the drugs and alcohol, he explains. But he always relapsed, and eventually he was fired from his job.
Through RECON, John’s life has changed dramatically. He’s sober and ready to work again. I’m learning that Christ is with you every minute of the day. That’s how I live my life now I let Him live through me.
