Annual Report

The Word

Dear Friends,

Some time ago, we were introduced to PhilanthroCorp, a Christian ministry that serves organizations around the country by helping their donors organize their estates to maximize their stewardship over what God has given them.  PhilanthroCorp has been extremely helpful to the Mission and to our board, and I believe they will encourage you as well.

The outcome of their work is always to your benefit.  Their counsel may help you reduce or eliminate taxes, help you fulfill your inheritance goals for your heirs, or simply give to City Union Mission and other ministries in a more efficient fashion.  We have received such warm feedback from friends who have met with the PhilanthroCorp team that it makes me confident to offer their services to you, as a gift from the Mission.

I know the counsel you receive from these estate planning experts will be as big a blessing to you as it was to the family of Bruce Ladd, president of the board at City Union Mission.  When Bruce heard about PhilanthroCorp, he and his wife, Nina, contacted the organization to help them with their estate plans.

“We were at a point in our lives where we needed to update our will to reflect changes in our family and our financial situation,” Bruce explains.  “PhilanthroCorp brought a unique Christian perspective, and I was very pleased.  They understood our desire to leave an inheritance to our children and to provide for City Union Mission and some other charities. They were very professional in their approach.”

To learn more about PhilanthroCorp, please contact me by phone at (816) 329-1476 or by E-mail DennisC@cumission.org.

Sincerely,

Dennis Chapman
Director of Development
