News at City Union Mission

Christian Life Program Graduates Gather for Christmas Party!
December 18, 2006
  “Alumni from City Union Mission’s Christian Life   Program (CLP) met for their first Christmas Party Tuesday evening at the Family Center.  Everyone had a great time,” reported Lee Berns.  “The men really enjoyed getting back together again and they were all interested in knowing what is currently going on at the mission.

We reported on the progress of our Capital Campaign to build a new Christian Life Program facility and expand capacity at the men’s center.  We wanted them to be aware of the Career Development and Job Coaching program that is available to graduates of CLP, as well as the opportunities they have to help others in need. Many of the men want to find ways to help others the way they have been helped."
