Annual Report

News at City Union Mission

Thanks to Churches and Northland Sonic for Feeding Bikers
May 04, 2007

On Sunday, May 6, 2007 will be Bikers With A Mission 18th Annual “Run for the Homeless,”  donating all proceeds to City Union Mission. Each year more than 600 bikers ride 100 miles, rain or shine, to provide eye glasses, utility assistance, dental care, bus tokens, and so much more to those in need. Join in and make a difference in the lives of poor and homeless men, women, and children!

The ride ends at City Union Mission’s Men’s Shelter, and the bikers will be hungry.  Thanks to Blue River Bible Church and New Light Bethel Baptist Church, who donated almost 1,400 bags of potato chips, and Northland Sonic who provided the hotdogs they will be fed.
