True Light of Jesus Christ Ministries opened their doors just five months ago. As a church, they have understood their calling to give special care to the poor and needy. Their pastor, Dr. Bill L. Roper, spent 6 years at City Union Mission working as the director of the Vanderberg Youth Center, located at 1310 Wabash in Kansas City. True Light of Jesus Christ Ministries has made a commitment to partner with City Union Mission to “put the pieces back together.”
