City Union Mission needs $611,355 to meet its campaign goal for CELEBRATE HOPE, an effort to raise $2.9 million, nearly half of the Mission's annual budget by January 15, 2005. Funds received during CELEBRATE HOPE will assist City Union Mission in providing food, shelter, case management, counseling, education, training, and children's ministries to the homeless and poor. All (tax-deductable) financial donations are greatly needed and appreciated. |

The CELEBRATE HOPE campaign will affect all areas of City Union Mission, a ministry to the homeless and poor, including its Men’s Shelter, Family Shelter, long-term recovery programs, community assistance, and camp for low-income children located in the Ozarks. |

I don't know where I'd be without City Union and the Lord's strength," said Kevin Palmer, a guest currently enrolled in City Union Mission's Christian Life Program (long term recovery program). The CELEBRATE HOPE financial giving campaign offers Kansas Citians the opportunity to reach out to those in need in their community. |
