Each year, City Union Mission offers school supplies to children who might otherwise go without!  You can participate in this drive to help children of all ages have the tools they need to succeed in school. Approximately 2,000 children this year will receive backpacks from City Union Mission, but not without you!

Are you part of a group? We are challenging all civic clubs, businesses, Boy or Girl Scouts, churches and any and all groups to donate school supplies.

To participate follow these 3 simple steps:

1. Download the FLYER of needed items and fill out SIGN UP SHEET and fax to 816.471.3811 or email info@cumission.org.

2. Make others aware of your donation by passing out or emailing flyer & set up a donation box in a visiable area.

3. Drop off donations and group participation sheet at City Union Mission Family Shelter, 1310 Wabash, KCMO 64127 between the hours of 8am-4pm. The last day to drop off donations for 2008 school year is August 8th.

If you are unable to do a drive with a group join 94.9 KCMO for their annual Stuff the Bus school supply drive! This year is going to be bigger and better than ever!  Coco Key Water Resort at the Sheraton Sports Complex Hotel, The Oak Park Mall and the Kansas City Wizards are partnering with 94.9 to make a difference.
