"MISSION: CHRISTMAS" provides close to 16,400 gifts to homeless and income qualified families during the holiday season. We have put together families you can adopt that represent the families we are planning to serve this Christmas. “City Union Mission has already begun calling on donors to fill the shelves of their Christmas store so poor or homeless clients can have Christmas,” said Dennis Chapman, Associate Executive Director of Development. “We’ve been talking with Payless ShoeSource about the services we provide, as well as some of the ways other businesses have partnered with us. They were interested in what we do during the Christmas season and decided to provide 250 $20 gift cards. We know they have choices to make about which organizations they will support. Their partnership is so encouraging and a terrific start to  "MISSION: CHRISTMAS."
